Our ever changing seaonal tap selection:

 21 CLUB 5.5% ABV

Crisp and golden pale ale with a slight malty aroma and balanced hoppy character. Hints of orange marmalade and noble hops make for easy "drinkability"

 CRANBERRY CLEMENTINE WHEAT 4.7%ABV

 The autumn classic has returned for the season, this year with German wheat. We used 44lbs of hand juiced and zested clementines, as well as 20lbs of Craisins to provide just the right touch of sweetness. Perfect alongside your Thanksgiving or Holiday meal, so don't forget to bring home a Crowler or Growler! 

 DEPEACH MODE 7.7%ABV

 Everyone's favorite Amber is back and sporting some serious upgrades. This year, our friends at Condzella Farms hooked us up with 100lbs of local peaches, which we then roasted in house and added to the boil with apricot. We know you "Just Can't Get Enough"

STILL RUNNING IPA 5.0%ABV

Our Monday Night Running Club helped us hand-pick the fresh grown hops, which were thrown right into the Mash Tun. The result is a double dry hopped session IPA, perfect for after a jog, or after running errands. 

CHAI OF THE TIGER 6.5%ABV

Yet another collaboration with Roast Coffee & Tea Trading Co. ... Each year we look forward to this chai tea and lactose sugar red ale, and so do our customers. Perfect for the fall season

 SLOWER THAN MOLASSES 6.8%ABV

In support of her new release, "The Roam", Cassandra House and her band brought back 3 gallons of Black Strap molasses to brew with us. We added that to a Red Rye with orange peel and a touch of smoked Cherrywood malt. The result is a brew that is deep, dark and sultry- just like the album that inspired it

BRUTICUS HOPSIMUS MAXIMUS 9.3%ABV

 Extremely dry and crisp Imperial champagne IPA. Brewed with 100% Long Island Cascade hops, and Champagne yeast

THE HONEY POT 6.3%ABV

Our assistant brewer, Brian Smith, is at it again. But this time, we collaborated with the Assistant Brewer of Barrage Brewing Co. of Farmingdale. The rye and local honey porter is Nitro poured, for just the right touch of smoothness. 

KRAMPUS BLACK IPA 5.9%ABV

We reinvented this annual recipe from the ground up. Still a black IPA, but this year we used all New York state Chinook hops and 60 lbs of Japanese Black Forbidden rice
