21 CLUB 5.5% ABV
Crisp and golden pale ale with a slight malty aroma and balanced hoppy character. Hints of orange marmalade and noble hops make for easy "drinkability"

BETTY'S BOPPIN BERRY 5.0%ABV
This seasonal wheat used 5lbs of boysenberry puree per keg, resulting in the perfect amount of sweetness and tart. The berries are the star of this show, creating a brew that is a distinct purple color
ROAST MOCHA STOUT 8.2%ABV
Our crown jewel beer of the year! Aged for one month on Cocoa Nibs and African Padauk wood and infused with custom Indian Monsoon deoxygenated cold brew. This brew is yet another amazing collaboration with our friends at Roast Coffee and Tea Trading Co.

KOSMIC DARK & MILD 5.1%ABV
An English style session beer, with low amounts of hops resulting in a easy drink-ability. The addition of malt provides a fair amount of caramel and toffee flavors, with a chocolate finish
SWEET MESQUITE 5.2%ABV
Based around a very special Cherrywood Smoked Malt, we decided to combine this in an English amber to highlight the sweetness of the smoke.
DRESS UP KNIFE 11.0%ABV
This beer is sharp enough to cut your palate in half! Fermented with Champagne yeast, double dry hopped, filtered, a portion aged in a Chardonnay barrel, another portion triple dry hopped and blended back together to perfection... yeah, this is the biggest beer we have ever produced. Which is why we needed help from our friends over at The Brewers Collective!

HOPPED TODDY 7.5%ABV
Yet another sensational addition from our Assisant Brewer, Brian Smith. Inspired from the classic Hot Toddy, we used lemon peel and ginger to keep this brew light on the palate. The Bourbon Oak keeps it surprisingly warm for a golden ale in the winter
SOUTH PACIFIC WHEAT 4.8%ABV
Trying to take an "authentic" approach, we used sushi rice in the mash, Acidulated Malt, and an insane amount of coconut puree post fermintaion. Perfect on those days where you long for summer
